As part of the Charter Sales Team, you will have to:
- Generate a portfolio of niche global clients by researching, identifying, cold-calling potential leads, and performing sales calls/visits.
- Manage charter flight bookings from start to finish.
- Source charter flight prices and send out quotations, bookings and wrap up after-sales procedure.
- Achieve your revenue targets.
- Build good relationships with both charter flight Clients and Suppliers.
To be considered for our team, you must be:
- Fluent in English and Arabic, other languages would be an added value.
- Able to work under pressure and flexible with your working hours.
- An excellent communicator with great problem-solving skills.
- Hardworking and self-motivated
You should also have:
- Cold calling experience.
- Experience in negotiating with high net worth individuals and government officials.
- Minimum three (3) year charter brokerage experience in either private, commercial or cargo flights.
